Having done the Paris thing as a part of a married couple, Wally is doing it right in leaving the kids behind. Our two young ones came along, so in addition to needing to be with the tour we were kind of crimped when it came to any “additional activities”.

Nice to see ‘Val’ and ‘Mom’ got out of that ‘sticky wicket’ with Joan. Although, the look on ’Joan’s’ face in the last panel yesterday, looks like she knew ’Val’and ‘Mom’ were trying to‘weasel’ out of something. The ’cat’s out of the bag’.

Ah, the arrogance of youth. Each generation thinks they are the ones that discovered romance, love, and all the intense feeling that make up adult life. Have pity on th poor girl. She will never know of how love matures and gets better as a couple share both the good things and bad things that comes into their lives.

Hey! Unless you’re married, please don’t insult married couples, especially the ones who are still married even today, and that includes my parents.

Watch it, Holly. You’ll be married someday and have kids of your own.

Holly needs a serious attitude adjustment. She is by far one of the most unpleasant characters I’ve seen in the comic strips.

Holly is such a typical teenager – she and Jeremy from Zits should be friends!

Young unmarried couples wouldn’t appreciate Paris – it wouldn’t matter much where they went – one hotel room is somewhat like another……

OK, since most children/youths don’t have the verbal skill to defend or win an argument… On their behalf, I say…-I want to have fun, enjoy life and be actually happy while I still have my wits, youth and two still fully functional legs before I get too old and frail and my body and mind starts to fail and betray me!!!

I’ve got a feeling she will grow up just fine. I had all the answers when I was young…..at sixty-five I am finding out just how much I still don’t know.
