    I got my Grandma one of these things to easily open screw top jars. She has been complaining of arthritis in her hands recently.

    I’d love to have a traditional can opener. It would replace the pain-in-the-butt “ergonomic” can opener I have now.

    Me, too! The fewer electric items I have, the less there is to break down or quit when the power goes off.

    hubby is getting kitchen appliances this year. He loves those waffle griddles that hotel’s use for their breakfasts. Have to keep telling him he can’t take it with him :o)
