Spent fifteen minutes looking for the words protecting Citizen’s United from changes to the law and/or constitution. I’ll look more later if it comes up. Recently, SCOTUS found that union workers who did not want their dues used to elect those not supported by the individual union member had the right to prevent their contribution to be so used. I find Corporations, particularly multinationals, to be dangerous to our national security. There have been several CEOs caught on tape or emails warning employees to vote for Mr. Romney or their jobs/benefits might be effected. I heard another person say a republican boss ordered his employees, some of whom were democrats, to circulate some election materials. This is an improper abuse of power and if a Democrat CEO was found to be making such demands of his republican employees, I believe Fox and ‘friends’ would be loud in their protests. There are republicans seeking a personhood clause to protect the unborn. Perhaps we need a personhood amendment to define what a person actually is.Thank you for your kind reply. When Texas executes one, “corporations” will be “persons”. Of course, how many corporations DID Mitt and Bain Capital “execute”??
