    Endorsing President Obama is the right thing to do. While it doesn’t make up for his part in dragging the USA into its invasion of Iraq, it is a start.--

    I’m glad he’s developed some additional spine. He looked so uncomfortable giving his testimony, I think there is a good possibility his faith in the republicans wasn’t as strong as needed to believe the “evidence” they were putting forth.--Time has proven the evidence to be lacking in credibility. – Still no weapons of mass destruction.

    Wow, some hate you have for this highly qualified, smart, sensible guy whose main flaw was not thinking his OWN PARTY would throw him to the wolves for short-term political gain. An honest man and a competent one. And you think he should go away? Says a lot about YOUR preferences…

    There was a time when I considered Powell to be a viable candidate for the Presidency. If he had remained with his “BS” judgment of the WMD’s and stuck to his guns, he could very well be on his way to the Oval Office. Instead, he chose to lie to the U.N. and lose all credibility. That’s what happens when you sell your personal integrity to the highest bidder.

    I remember a phrase from some time ago that was used to sum up government corruption and abuse of power, with a waste of taxpayer funds: “Air Sununu”.

    And Mr. Sununu is backing Romney because they are both white.

    Sununu is just a characterless, rabid attack dog that the right wing can rely on to distort the truth and keep the voters divided over race, or class or whatever else is the hot-button issue of the day on fox noise. The trolls on this page want us all to pay attention to Powell’s past, and to forget about the man of conscience that emerged after his term was over. If Hillary Clinton were president he would have endorsed her because it’s not about race or gender, it’s about holding true to the real American ideals of fairness and compassion that these Ayn Randian cowards cannot live up to. Their entire “philosophy” is just an attempt to make excuses for, and justify, their mean spirited selfishness. Vote Democrat, let’s turn this country around.

    HAHAHAHAHA! You are truly out to lunch on this issue.-—————————————You really shouldn’t make fun of him – that’s not appropriate. He probably still believes in the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus, too!

    @Donald Williams

    Again, you notice he served out his term like a MAN, but didn’t go back for seconds.-——What I noticed is that he originally refused to deliver the speech, calling it Bu— Sh—!.Then he knuckled under and did it anyhow..A MAN would have stuck to his guns and continued to call it BS. His owners had him in tow.
