Mitt loves teachers…as long as they don’t expect to be paid.

Politifact is the worst offender — if your opponent says that the sky is green and then says it’s red, and you then accuse your opponent of saying that the sky is red, Politifact will rate that “half true.”

skipcarlsen: Or the third of a billion dollars the Republican House cut from the diplomatic security budget. Or the use of overpaid mercenary goons for the job instead of the traditional USMC.

I know it’s hard for you to grasp but some people in the real world actually have to gather all the facts before making a final pronouncement. Yes, I know they don’t have to fool with that on Monk or Psych, but for the rest of us investigation takes time.

Mitt loves teachers, as long as they’re home schoolers with 13 kids and another in the oven, teaching while barefoot of course.

Romney and Bain are big players in the abortion industry. They are the largest single share holders of Stericycle, a fetal disposal company.…………………….. Romney personally signed for “voting and dispositive” control over Stericycle, the abortion disposal firm: According to the Mother Jones investigation:

Here’s what happened with Stericycle. In November 1999, Bain Capital and Madison Dearborn Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, filed with the SEC a Schedule 13D, which lists owners of publicly traded companies, noting that they had jointly purchased $75 million worth of shares in Stericycle, a fast-growing player in the medical-waste industry. (That April, Stericycle had announced plans to buy the medical-waste businesses of Browning Ferris Industries and Allied Waste Industries.) The SEC filing lists assorted Bain-related entities that were part of the deal, including Bain Capital (BCI), Bain Capital Partners VI (BCP VI), Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors (a Bermuda-based Bain affiliate), and Brookside Capital Investors (a Bain offshoot). And it notes that Romney was the “sole shareholder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BCI, BCP VI Inc., Brookside Inc. and Sankaty Ltd.”……………………Dr. Gary Cass, a Presbyterian minister and Baldwin’s co-spokesman in the “DUMP ROMNEY” push said, “It seems the Republican Party is on the very brink of nominating a man who’s hiding a bloody record of such Biblical proportions, it would make Herod blush. We fear that Mitt Romney’s secret tax returns will show that he has financed and profited, like some ancient priest of Moloch or Baal, from the burning of human babies, from child sacrifice. If that’s so, could the GOP sink any lower than to nominate this man?”………………….http://www.renewamerica.com/article/120822

@ansoniaAsk any police department, or if you are convinced they lie too, go watch youtube and see just how impossible it is to accurately interpret what you see in a riot situation. And assuming he had the power to accurately and instantly interpret it nobody can act that fast. Get real.

I thought Romney in the third panel looked a little sad, as if perhaps regretting the way he’s had to run this campaign and how his father might view this race. Or maybe he’s just tired of people making him work so hard to achieve his goals… whatever those goals might be. The toon loses validity when it fails to address the deceptive practices by both parties or the political funding that places the needs of the many below the needs of the few.Respectfully,C.

Bolton is one of eight Romney advisers who signed letters drafted by the Project for a New American Century, an influential neoconservative advocacy group founded in the 1990s, urging the Clinton and Bush administrations to attack Iraq. PNAC founding member Paula Dobriansky, leading advocate of Bush’s ill-fated “freedom agenda” as an official in the State Department, recently joined the Romney campaign full time. Another PNAC founder, Eliot Cohen, counselor to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice from 2007 to 2009, wrote the foreword to the Romney campaign’s foreign policy white paper, which was titled, perhaps not coincidentally, “An American Century.”………………………

I was about to reply to you, but you are clearly so determined to blame Obama for everything, even when it is clearly not his fault that it becomes senseless to talk to you.My Grandmother had a saying “Never try to teach a pig to sing. It wastes your time. and it annoys the pig.” So, I won’t annoy you further.
