I guess the Goshen kids consider whatever Terry said to be “bulletin board material,” even if they’re reading it on an iPad.

So 22 is hard to miss, but if Terry were 21 or 23, he could probably escape detection.

I don’t know which is worse, the alfalfa cut in P1 or the salad bowl haircut in P3.

Do they get the Milford paper in Goshen?And what is it with the fingers on the guy in P#3? (This comic never does hands well.)

I’m glad this strip keeps up with the times and the students are reading the paper on their readers. I guess the Milford paper is pretty cutting edge having an online or downloadable edition.

Goshen HS uses the 1980’s Space Invaders font for their sign.

Are the light haired guys in panel 1 & 3 the same person?

Doesn’t the other guy in panel 3 with the ear ring play (or played) for Milford last year? Isn’t he “The Ghost”?

With the limited hair- styling options apparantly decreed by law in Ohio, a lot of these kids look alike. If Gil was recruiting like he should be, they’d be saying “The Polish kid is 17, the Somali wide receiver is 80, the Samoan is 66, the Mogolian is 54. Hard to miss.”

Bluedarter: Don’t forget about the Bulgarian DG, #58. Gil needed to beef up the middle. That is not “The Ghost” in P3, merely a facsmile. I smell a blind side hit on a certain Mick, and a Goshen Garbagemen beatdown for the Mudlarks. Goodbye playdowns.

I’m trying to figure out where those steps go in the second floor windows at Goshen High School. There doesn’t appear to be a second floor to the building, and I’m not sure why you’d put roof access there. Maybe that’s where they keep the barbers for the Goshen Juvenile Detention Center.

I thought Goshen got fined last year for their “bounty” system? Apparently they are reviving it!

P3- how much did Apple pay Neal and Rod for the product placement?

Hmm, since Gallagher is a defensive back it will be hard for the offense to try to take him out without it appearing intentional. Can’t wait to see what they try so we can complain about how ludicrous it is.

The Goshen building is not designed like a human face — it’s a clown face, to honor the team nickname.

I think we’ve had it wrong. The guy in P1 hangs out with Johnny Knoxville and Steve-O and got the “Magic Razor” treatment while he slept.

Clearly, The Thing plays for Goshen.

Okay, I’m dressed and taped, time for practice. Oh wait. I can’t practice until I read the newspaper from a small town I don’t live in.

They’ll also be discussing Milford football today on ESPN’s First Take and Around the Horn.

I suspect Goshen is going to run a lot of plays Terry’s way and show him up since he knows so little about the game.
