In my use of Google, Mapquest, etc. all of them have misplaced names of points of interest (i.e. banks), sometimes by many blocks.

My office is on Kempsville Rd. However, there are 3 neighboring cities, all with a Kempsville Rd. The streets are close together, but not necessarily all the same street. It results in a lot of patients calling and saying they will be late because they are lost (in the wrong city).
