    THE ONLY REASON WHY WE HAVE MORE THAN 4 BOWL GAMES IS TO GIVE THE LOSERS A CHANCE TO WIN A BOWL GAME WITHOUT WINNING THE NCAA NATIONAL TITLE.

    Since all the bowl games now have corporate sponsors, I’m pretty sure the whole thing has to do with making money. After all, it is now the Allstate Sugar Bowl!

    Now there are so many mediocre teams playing in so many no-name bowls it’s not funny…I guess it’s a holdover from their childhoods where everyone has to be a winner…bah! “No–you’re the first loser…”

    that is why the “BCS” system will never be changed to a true playoff bracket elimination…..all these weak schools need to be done after their season is over….but money talks….so goes the age old arguement….blah blah blah….GO LONGHORNS…….
