Look at it this way. It could be much, much worse. Compared to the kind of sweaters people could knit (or buy), this one is relatively tame. And the colours are not that bad. I have one sweater that could make many people put on sunglasses when they saw it. Somebody was giving away some of their sweaters and offered them to me, and this was the mildest. The excuse she gave was she had ADD. You should have seen the sweaters she kept!

It’s not a bad sweater but I always hated gifts you coudln’t wear past the day so you had to put it away for next year.
