“iven that the Persian Al Khwarizmi is credited with inventing algebra, this works on several levels”, he said smugly.

I had an English teacher who was that creative. He once ran down the hall with a starter’s pistol yelling, “They’re hanging Louis Riel!!”

I wouldn’t mess with my 4th period algebra class. They’ll throw the book at the invaders and I would have to resort to Weapons of Math Instruction and my Random Axe of Kindness!

I wonder where the posion gas artillery projectiles, sarin and chlorine, came from that were used in IED’s in Iraq?
Didn’t the LWNJ news nerds report that?
    I wonder why?
Maybe because it doesn’t further the story line"there are no WMD’s in Iraq".
    But there were.
