John McPherson makes us howl at his adroit mix of everyday settings and extraordinary events. John’s offbeat, oddball characters turn up in familiar places, but their actions are always hilarious and unexpected.

Good thing he wasn’t reading the script for Airplane.

Why would he read a script?

“Airplane” was a book before it was a movie ….. not so, however, with “Airport”.
With a seashore scene, the first book that popped into my head was “Moby Dick”.

I had a similar encounter while walking thru a college campus early one morning. The difference is I had my face looking up into the fog when a pigeon flew overhead. Pigeon cr@p is the bitterest stuff you could possibly taste! ! !
