I like the decision because it deals one more blow to Obama but I am not so short sighted as to not see the holes in the SCOTUS logic.
Because now I want my day in court to argue that I shouldn’t be forced to support a Federal government that uses my tax dollars to: Spy on it’s own citizens, launch drone strikes against civilians in other countries, incarcerate millions for smoking a joint (I hate anti-drug laws). All of those issues, when looked at in the right light violate my religious rights.
If we are going to give people religous rights to defy laws then we should all create religions that let us avoid many of the Federal laws.
