I don’t think OWS is claiming this as their victory. I think banks are realizing that people aren’t going to lay back and take it anymore. You can hear some CEO at BofA now: “Oops, uh, there are a LOT of CREDIT UNIONS out there that offer all the same perks that we banks do, only they don’t charge a bunch of outrageous fees for offering them.”
