    Lying implies knowing the truth when uttering the falsehood. I don’t know if either Rices lied.
    CR: Most believed what she claimed, including our current Secretary of State.
    SR: She may have believed the Whitehouse, but no one else did.

    P.S. The Iraqi war did in fact uncover and dismantle WMDs. Albeit in Libya. Saddam’s fate scared the bejeebers out of Kadaffi.

    It’s sad to see John McCain acting as lead elephant on this. He has to know he’s lying lying lying, and yet he goes on and on. I really used to think that he put his integrity first, but I now see how wrong I was.
