It would be so much easier if we could just have “permanent clothes” (fur), like animals do.

Recently, I ordered several pairs of slacks that are a size smaller than my old ones.
And they’re STILL roomy!
Losing weight can be cool!!

Cathy’s lost some weight and her pants are loose. That’s great! I’m proud of her! I always feel proud of myself when I’ve lost some weight and my clothes feel better on me too. But why did she feel the need to take all the rest of them out of her closet, try them on to see if they fit just as loosely, then threw them down everywhere instead of hanging them back up again??? Sometimes Cathy’s makes-absolutely-no-sense-at-all antics REALLY make my head hurt!!!!!

Hi, lightenup! Hope you’re taking care of your health and not working too hard or stressing out too much regarding your in-laws’ upcoming visit. I would have been here yesterday but we had things to do around home before heading over to my mother’s extra-earlier than we normally do to get a few little projects done over at her house that’s been needing our attention for a while now. Nothing major but you know how it is — if you let them go on for too long, the problem(s) either eventually become worse or you find yourself with a list of things to do that’s as long as your arm and with very little time to do them . . . especially if you’re having to take care of 2 homes at the same time.

Hello and Happy Monday, fellow “Cathy” nuts! Hope everyone had a nice day. I finally had my (hopefully!) last dental appointment until my next cleaning about 8 months or so from now. I got 2 cavities filled and my permanent crown put on. Still no problems with the infection I have where my root canal was performed 20-odd years ago and hopefully I never will. Yea!!!!!

Glad to “see” you here today, sis! I’m doing okay, thanks. I’m a little slow getting started in the mornings (which is why I read the comics then), but I’ve been getting some things done which is great. Maybe to my in-laws or my husband it isn’t much, but I can tell. As long as my husband doesn’t make a big deal about it (sometimes he does… grrr), it’ll be fine.
