    Much easier to exercise early in the day. Too easy to put off the later it gets.

    Yep, I do this too. And not just about exercising — also about chores, grocery shopping, something at work that doesn’t HAVE to be done yet. Today I must go get my license renewed. And you have to have every legal document pertaining to who you are / what your name is with you to get it done. Ask me tomorrow if I actually did it. Knowing you all will hold me accountable may be good motivation.

    I agree. the kids and everything else takes over the rest of the day. I’m still struggling to do it at least three days a week.
