    I live on snacks. With a big meal, I get full quickly, which means that I’m hungry soon after. To others, it looks like I eat a lot because it’s constant, but it’s better for me because it keeps my blood sugar level.

    There’s a lot of evidence that eating 4 or 5 small meals a day is better for you than eating three big ones - for exactly the reasons that you state.
