Cathy: I've pushed for years to earn the chance to handle a business trip like this on my own. I've crawled..climbed...run...I've flown all over the country. Now, on the brink of professional triumph, I'm going to freeze to death standing on the sidewalk of an airport, waiting for a ride to my rental car. When they said I could go all the way to the top, no one mentioned the last mile would have to be by shuttle bus.
