I was pleasantly surprised to discover that a flash drive survived not only the washer but also the dryer in a pants pocket. Not that I’m recommending it, you understand, but it WAS really clean!

Wet folding money can be dried quite handily in a microwave oven. Toasty in the pocket, too. Watch it carefully. One minute should be enough.

It seems the new Euro bills are washer resistant, but I too am not rich enough to try it out.

I find US paper money in the dryer occasionally and it always comes out fine.
