Anyone named ‘Winky’ has English ancestry. It’s in the King James Bible, somewhere in the back.

Might be a Simpson reference… someone asks Rev. Lovejoy about his biblical reference, ‘Where does it say that?’
‘Oh .. somewhere in the back…’

Okay, Winky, think fast! Tell the giant you’re full of saturated fats, carbs, salt and preservatives, high in LDLs, low in HDLs, and anything else to save yourself!

Don’t forget the Winkies of Oz. King James was Scots. (The V of Scotland, the First of Briton.)

Fat releases fat. Fast carb or slow carb? Fast carbs can’t be used by the body fast enough so they are converted and stored as fat. Slow carbs do not.
