    Bruno, I taught middle school in an inner city school district for a while. I had to change that pot black thing to “Well that like the river calling the lake wet!”

    I also learned that science teachers use the term sand willows instead of pussy willows…wonder why?

    the willow usually planted in northern california along streamcourses was “arroyo willow” Salix lasiolepis… It was one of the very few trees that tasted bad to the beavers.
