(sic) is used to note that the preceding grammatical errors are copied exactly, meaning the error is in what I’m quoting. You don’t appear to be quoting anything here.

Basically he’s saying, Yeah I know tiramisu is misspelled, I spelled it that way on purpose in reference to the word ‘tear’. Thus, tearamisu (sic) Correct grammer or not, it’s “pretty funny” (sic). I think I’ll make sic my word of the day, that’s “sic” (sic).

When you see the word sic (sic) in brackets in a sentence, it is used to point out misspellings, incorrect grammar or misstatements within a sentence structure.
