   I never really believed that shoes could make all that difference in performance until I started having trouble with my feet
   

   
   I’ve always bought cheap shoes for work and now I’m paying for it, probably should have shopped a little longer and paid even more for the last pair but they were an improvement
   

   
   Funny thing is that we’ve spent a fair amount of money over the last 6 months on foot care, and the thing that has helped the most is a pair of relatively inexpensive triangular inserts that go just behind the ball of the foot
