OK, I confess to not understanding this one. Is it, in fact, a reference to illegal (in most states) herbs?

@phelpsgates
I take it as a reference to age. Her high school friends are old and therefor withered and dried up.

Puzzler. I immediately thought wreath, as in dead. Grass is good for other characters, but not really for Fat Broad. I suppose the previous writer has it right, in her friends being old and dried up.
