    B.C. looked like it was getting a bit more modern/“edgy” right after his heirs took over the strip. I rather suspect that a huge outcry from older fans made them change back to the dull monotony of the last decade or so with Hart. Which is a shame, since that’s not how the strip was in its heyday.
