You can lead a horse’s a$$ to water but you ….can then push him in.

I disagree. I think Scooter deserves an extra biscuit.
Don’t worry about Papa, my crew fished him out, shook him off and sent him home.
C’mere Scooter. I’ve got a nice big raw yak bone for you. You gave me my first laugh for the day.

I’m headed to the Tiki for a nightcap and then off to the land of Nod.
Marg, Ess, Bev, you’re all welcome to join me. I’ll be happy to buy the first one.

I love the way the tip of the tail is wagging… conspirational sort of… Here in Switzerland “leading too close to water” at the moment would just result in a hard “bump” and landing on ice under the snow…. brrrrrrrrrr

Since you gave me a big laugh, I’ll forgive you for spoiling Scooter and let you buy me a drink. It’s been a looong day, I think i’ll have a double margarita, thank you.
Hi fireman. Guess they didn’t need you to rescue Daddy. Lings crew took care of it. Where’s your shirt though?

I think the conspiracy was between Scooter and Mama. That’s not anguish on her face.

Papa was always trying to get Scooter to pull him on his water skis and it NEVER worked.

True story over the weekend in Grand Junction, CO. Man and Choc Lab bird hunting, went out on ice in river to collect dead bird, man fell in up to neck and trying to shoo dog away so he does not fall in trying to “help”. Luckily rescuers were there within 1/2 an hour and all ended well.

Saw that on the news. The man’s dog didn’t want to leave him until he was rescued but his barking alerted people to the accident.
