    Good morning, Frienddddddss!

Alley had better be right about Ooola.

Then again, he might be in for one heck of a surprise if he isn’t.

    In case you’re wondering . . .

in many old cartoons, there’s a ditty that goes “Good Evening Frienndddss . . .”

I merely adapted it as a greeting.

Huh. All right. Poor deluded soul.

Good Morning Benders and readers of Alley Oop So Doc
can now pretend to be concerned about Alley’s relationship
with Ooola now that he got what he wanted. As I said
yesterday Alley is gonna find that Ooola gone. The good
sport ideal gets old really fast. If Alley had actually married
Ooola they probably wouldn’t be anymore with his
    insensitivity.

I have a feeling that Oop is going to be the one who has his good sportsmanship tested. i.e. Oola has found someone new, and Moo is a small town.

Famous last words, Oop! Methinks the only things that even stand a chance of saving our hero from the Wrath of a Woman Scorned are the bruises and the Knot on the Knoggin.

It’s a time machine… Why wouldn’t the Doc return Oop to Moo about a minute after he left? Is the Doc secretly looking forward to observing the wrath of Ooola? Hmmm…

That may not be that easy. If Doc’s time machine is like the one I made onetime then it don’t always work just right.

yeah that’s a common trope in many sf stories, but i don’t think that idea has ever been used in Mooville.

finally it looks like a new arc involving ooola is about to start.

Don’t worry Oop, you always have Loola to fall back on.

Hanlins’ version of the time machine the people transported in time move at the same pace as the people in the place where they were transported from. If time in the 21st century advances 3 months then time in Moo also advances 3 months.

Why is he still sporting all those bruises and that lump on his head? Any other time they’re gone in a day or two.

Oop has only been gone how many days? Three at the most!
