Monday recap for papers that don’t carry Alley Oop on Sundays.
Not a bad story so far, Oopsters.
HUGPOUNCIES!

As expected just a larger version of Sunday’s last two panels.

Alternate Alley Oop Chapter 17 “Deader Than Dead”(25) 2/25/2013 Monday
Panel One
But Brucutu and his vampire velociraptor cohorts Thorn and Shard are already at Fort Mitchum, and Area 49 is under part of it extending out under the desert. Besides enhanced sense of smell they can also see into the infra red.
Panel Two
They sniffed and looked finding traces of Alley Oop, and Lavainge and others who were there those months ago. All cataloged in their brains. Those with names, others awaiting such identification like computers.
Panel Three
General Mann has been informed and he told the base commander about it. Three intruders. All very dangerous, shoot on sight. (He furnished You Tube copies from the camera videos taken in various places like Thailand and at that Museum where the police were killed, found with the help of Dexter and Lavainge’s work.)
Panel Four
The red lights are flashing and the alarm sounds as bulk head doors close and maximum security procedures take effect.
“Sweet sound of prey running to ground.” Brucutu says with satisfaction after they take down one of the security patrols.(Over hearing the radio reports.) Bullets mean nothing to them but larger weapons could slow them down.. The HUMMER will speed them along as will one of less stained MP uniforms for him.

Good Morning Benders and readers of Alley Oop.
Monday the slow strip day of the week. It’s good to see
Dinny better as He and and Ally are racing to escape the
foul dino mind numbing fumes of Wizers potion. As the
T-Rex had destroyed the potion the air should be better
soon. Of course in California it would still be a no burn day.

good to be back, I missed four days of comics, password trouble, got a new one. I didn’t seem to miss out on anything.

Gweedo, who is Linda Dean?

@Rod Gonzalez
Yow! Every single day, the same stupid “hugpincies”, Every Monday, the same stupid comment about papers that don’t print on Sundays. With the ability to repeat like that you could be the next Carole Bender.

@firebrand1
Last Tuesday there were 7 words of dialogue; Wednesday had 5; and Thursday had 10. Three days, 22 words. Are those the fast days that your are alluding to? The dizzy pace was hard to keep up with last week.

@Gweedo Murray
So you and Carole Bender have something in common? (now that’s sure to get Sneaky Bucher’s little red thong tied in a knot).

“This is just a comic strip and my or anybody else’s comments about it shouldn’t make you so angry. It’s not natural.”
-
And yet, you seem to be perpetually annoyed by this comic strip. (Although, not so annoyed that you simply stop reading it. That would be natural.)

Just don’t let Rod’s lack of variety or interest in commenting on the comic bother you. It doesn’t bother me. I won’t let it.

Considering Tundraseas likes the way the comic has sunk to such lows, we are ones who should be volcanic about it. Even so pointing out the constant flaws in writing and the repetition of drawings are sufficient for me.

Yet again, my hope is that this strip will improve and I will never know if it does if I stop reading it. It takes all of a few seconds to read, hardly any time at all. Chances are that I will outlive Jack Bender, given our age difference, so at some point there will be a new team taking over. I want to see what new talent can deliver. Now if that team is as bad as this one, I will likely give this up because at that point there will be no hope.
Just curious if you have always had that big chip on your shoulder. You act as if pointing out the lack of effort and talent of the Benders is a personal attack against you. I
