In response to Unca Scrooge’s comment – Many of the great strips have traditionally had a Sunday recap. That’s not the problem. The problem is that Jack simply cuts and pastes his strips from one day to the next, because he’s too lazy to draw new material. All the great artists of the past who used a Sunday recap were able to draw different pictures and redo the dialog for the benefit of the readers who read the strip all seven days. Jack is the only one I know who is so darned lazy that he just cuts and pastes from one day to the next. And he gets paid for this! If I handled my job the way he handles his, I’d get fired!
Good comment. We already know people don’t like the format, but they just keep repeating their old gripes. They use the same format of the strip. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.
Good Morning Benders and all. The Wizer is ready to be a dictator. He has already mastered the we (meaning he) will rule Moo. Also calling the mind enslaved T-Rex friend. He is turning the terms on end. When he started this, he wanted to get the respect of the Moovians, Now he wants to rule. After he loses in Moo maybe he can try taking over Lem. Thought Today is great day to be reading and enjoying Alley Oop.
Alley Oop is the classic caveman comic strip revolving around the irrepressible Alley Oop, who travels from prehistoric Moo all the way to the 21st century in his friend Doc Wonmug's time machine.
