Unless all of your ingredients are canned/bottled or otherwise pre-made to a precise formula you always need to taste in case the seasonings need adjusting. Not that there’s anything wrong with going that route if you know what you’re doing, because then you can turn all of the pre-prep over to entry level workers and concentrate on taking care of your customers.
