When will this/these new writer/writers actually learn to write something worthwhile? (I don’t think the effort of looking the information up is worth the time.)

What did you have to look up? Learning things is good for us, anyway.

Whether the strip is written by one writer or more.
I don’t care. Regardless, the strip is now badly written in my opinion. I keep hoping it will improve, but I doubt it will with the present writing.

If we could see the face on Adam’s coffee mug, it would probably be giving its owner a Bronx cheer!

What are you talking about? For someone who doesn’t seem to care, you’re here spouting about it an awful lot. Why don’t you stick to wizard of id and bc … “Well written” strips. Cough.

I think it’s easier for some people to just whine and complain about a comic, than to stop reading it.
I thought it was a nice little back and forth between father and son.

What does this mean? The new additions to this strip have been since 2009 according to my records. If you’ve been reading it since then hoping it will change, you are a bit of a fool. Don’t get me wring. It’s much improved to my read and my peers in the industry since Harrell has come aboard.

This is something I’d say to my son. I’m not funny either but I still like the strip, it’s more real than funny most days.

Alex, I’m afraid I also take issue with your comments.
Which, in my opinion, seem to be uniformed and slightly mean.
Ya see, Adam is my favorite comic and I’ve been reading it since it first started back in the 80s. Liek anything that’s been around that long, it’s gone through some good times and some bad.
I think in the last days of Brian Bassett drawing it in 2008 or so, those were among the depths of the comic creatively. I don’t blame Brian he was doing two comics at the and must have been stretched thin.
Since he dropped the pen the comic has evolved into a really nice, warm, funny comic where the family actually likes each other.
I think it’s truer to life and a better, happier chronicle of modern family life than any other comic now running and certainly superior to any “sit-com” in prime time.
You are entitled to your opinion, but so am I and I think you’re 100% wrong.
I also hope you realize that when you speak in such extreme and certain critique not only do you insult the cartoonist, but the fans. A little diplomacy can go a long way.

I like Adam doing his little Dad Humor. Something I never had growing up. Clayton will always look back on these days lovingly. I don’t care how many or few writers there are – I found it humorous.
