I dunno. This one doesn’t work for me. The logic’s unsound. If something’s a crime, doing it for a living doesn’t make it okay. If we replace ‘reporter’ and ‘reporting’ with ‘assassin’ and ‘assassinating’, it immediately loses its persuasive edge.That’s not to say I agree with the judge here; I merely do not think this a good critique of a major injustice.
