I used to say almost the exact same thing when I was in my 20’s. Now I’m a mom and I’m terrified what the state of the Earth will be by the time my son is my age. :(
It’s not just us wiping ourselves out— it’s everything else we destroy along the way.
He’s not wrong. Once we’re gone, the Earth will hopefully be able to heal itself.
