No one claims that George W. Bush is a shining intellect. Even the "President" himself cheerfully admits that he's something of a dolt. (Man: Uh-huh... where do I sign?) Republicans, however, insist that his moronic demeanor is a con. They claim that he's a lazy underachiever who chooses to leave his I.Q. untapped. (Man 2: Bush is a genius! 14 Nobel Prizes, a Pulitzer and discovering the northwest passage are only a few of his would be achievements.) On the other hand, Democrats say that Bush does the best he can with his limitations. (Woman: He's not smart enough to pretend that he's stupid.) (Man 3: That's bull! If he killed someone, he'd be eligible for execution! In Texas.) Democracy is dead. Long live the stultocracy! (Woman: At least we didn't end up with Mr. Smarty-pants Gore.) (Man 3: Yeah! Smart guys are just out to fool us!)
