It takes a globe to raze and pillage. Nowadays it seems like everyone is traveling to exotic third-world destinations... (Man 1: I'm so psyched about my new summer house in Baku.) (Man 2: Raku is soooo outre! Everyone on the capsian knows Aqtau is it!) The world is getting smaller all the time, but it's also becoming more like back home. (Woman: There's something different about the french fries here in Bishkek.) (Man 3: They're fried human bones.) Soon the thid world will become more like the first world, and there won't be any point going there at all. (Man 4: Zhambyl used to be a big Banana Republic town- Now you can't go anywhere in Kazakhstan without running into a gap!) (Woman: Look! Spencer Gifts!) Except, of course, to escape. (Man 5: Dude, I had to bail on Darvaza- it's so congested with the Californians that rents have gone nuts! Besides, Kansas City is far truer to the principles of Islam.
