Theodore Norman is me. Big bowl of Frosted Mini-Wheats everyday for at least 30 years now. That is about the only carbs I eat though, and blood sugar and cholesterol are fine. So maybe it is a combination of inner child and outer old-guy providing balance.

We now refer to most manufactured cereals as “Sugar frosted sugar bombs,” after Calvin’s (Calvin and Hobbes) favorite cereal.
