Human brain has multiple monologues going on. Your frontal lobe keeps the bad ones from coming out. Last formed first to shrink so when you are much older you become a bad mouth and racist etc.
Just remember former president George Herbert Walker Bush in his dotage having those problems, he was reduced to a child again in his reactions to what ever popped into his head he did. He just blathered on too. When the gateway isn’t working you can do and say things you normally would not.
