If you do not feel really good even on days 12 through 18 of your cycle when your progesterone levels are at their lowest, then you may have a serious medical condition.

Reason #2 (after #1 pregnancy) why I’m glad I was born male (there are many more after #2, of course).

Extra calcium at bedtime really helped me with moods when I started it a week before my cycle would start. Also, red raspberry herb capsules helped with pain during the cycle itself, and horsetail herb can staunch bleeding.

Just think. In about 20 or 25 years, I won’t have to worry about it. I think that’s what I’m worried about.

Women are tough. We go through this EVERY month. It is different for everyone of course. Worth finding a good herbalist. She helped a lot. The herbs / supplements each individual needs to be checked by a professional. Find a good one.
