    I just looked it up. In CT a newly licensed driver may not have anyone in the car with him for 6 mos. The exceptions are, a parent or other family member.

    @John9. I, too lost my husband the end of March and the tears haven’t stopped flowing. Oh, how I miss him. It will take you quite a time. When you have been with someone for a lot of years it is so understandable. Suddenly, it is just you.
