@WilliamDoerfler There is blindness to the plight of Them resulting from Us/Them dichotomy. You want true “color blindness”? Let your children and grandchildren grow up in close distance to Them and they won’t react racist because they grow accustomed to each other. “People gotta hate” is a lazy way of saying just because our reptile brain biology tends to fear strangers it’s okay to not work actively against it with our higher brain functions.
The argument that Democrats “did it” is just a deflection from your own responsibility to be a good person when you clearly have deficits in this department.
