“21 But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood.” is how Romans 3:21-25 reads in the NIV © 1984. While I’m not a fan of the NIV © 2011 (which has replaced the NIV © 1984 on www.BibleGateway.com, leaving www.biblestudytools.com as the only place remaining on the web with NIV © 1984), in this instance it does a good job indicating at the end of v. 22 that ‘there is no difference’ means no difference between Jews and Gentiles.

All people, regardless of heritage, are in need of salvation. Jews and Gentiles alike equally need God’s forgiveness. The Old Testament Law makes no one perfect. It’s not like bleach, that if we apply it well enough, will make us spotless. Rather, it’s a bright light to show all our imperfections. The Law is designed so Jews and Gentiles alike will see their fallen state and inability to save themselves through their own efforts.

Faith in the person and work of Jesus Christ (Yeshua Ha’Mashiach, if one is Jewish) is the only means of salvation. www.GodsBigParty.com hopefully makes this clear.

“Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.” Hebrews 9:27,28 (NIV © 1984)

“Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.” Revelation 20:11-15 (NIV © 1984)

“But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith.” Romans 3:21-25 (NIV © 2011)
