Different strokes for different folks, I guess. For me Eddie strips are the best ones Wiley does.

It’s happened quite a few times now. Mars 2.0, the lobster, one of the polar bar ones, and some I’m forgetting.

Difference is Radio and TV would “rot your brain” whereas mobile devices can get you injured or killed.

    …and rot your brain

While this argument rages, I’m wanting to hear Eddie’s story.

You’re looking too deeply at this. The “hunting party” label is a play on the hunting parties that hunted for the tribe’s food and our modern concept of a political party. They aren’t Republicans, or Democrats, or any other modern party. They are cavemen. Most likely on a platform of Mammoth for all or similar. The guy with the star is the candidate – the “star candidate”. What is one thing candidates do (or at least used to)? They go door knocking, or in this case cave knocking. At each cave a campaign worker knocked while the candidate stood back and smiled, like they do. We see what happens when you knock at Wiley Bear caves, you get happy ‘voters.’ Now that they have reached a cliff, the smarter of the two remaining workers calls dibs on not being the manager.

Wiley did start his own Political Comic…It’s called Non Sequitur. It is and always has been an editorial.

No because they didn’t make the Mongols pay for the wall. If they had, only then by the strip’s logic would they have been grifters.

Now for the real reason I responded to this comment: The Chinese may not have been con men, but the Mongols were Khan men.

If Frank is sitting right there, the franks don’t contain Frank, which should come as no surprise to anyone. That’s why I prefer pork products I can be sure contain pork.

I can’t say for the U.S., but here you don’t see people eating in ads period. I figure this has less to do with all food being bad for you and more to do with the food in ads being fake and advertisers figuring people eating looks disgusting.

All the papers around here print the comics in colour. They “solved” printing costs by decreasing the number of comics. “We have one editorial comic in the comics section (Doonesbury). We don’t need to keep Non Sequitur too.” I wish they had kept Non Sequitur and got rid of Doonesbury. sigh
