You know that trick where you wrap a can of beer in wet paper towels and put it in the freezer to chill it super-fast? IT’S NOT FAST ENOUGH.

The internet makes me happy to be childless almost every day.

The cat I boarded recently was much more into mushy loves scenes.

Beginnings are always a challenge, but before you know it you’re more than halfway there.

  5. about 2 months ago on Lola

Refreshing to see a cartoon female dog without a bow on its head or weirdly long eyelashes.

Underpants and overbites on full display in this one!

I’ve been semi-competent at best in the kitchen throughout my (male) youth and adulthood and being a restaurant cook is my nightmare job.

This is my laugh-out-loud strip of the day!

My mother was a Neil Diamond freak in the 70s. I was so young I thought I liked him too, but I don’t know a song of his that I don’t find aggressively irritating. My parents also liked early Elton John (I especially remember Honky Chateau) so I always disdained his music as everyone does their parents’ music. Their more sophisticated tastes eventually prevailed, thank gawd.

Yes, and I hate it when people start with “Look,…” It’s very trendy with politicians and pundits nowadays.
