this brings up some interesting questions. would the baby be a combination of the mother and father (and be a cat-mouse combo) or would it be influenced by the mutagen separately (and be something completely different). That is, assuming a child is even possible.
boy, run down apartments in a town like this have got to be a real problem. they can’t condemn them, because then they’ve got less room for people in a place that’s already limited in space, and they can’t repair or replace them, because where are they going to get the materials to do so? the ruins of other cities? the topsiders?
