   If you’re referring to WonderWorks, there’s also one in Pigeon Forge, TN, but it’s not a true upside-down building as this may be..WonderWorks is just an upside-down facade over a normal (architecturally speaking, at least) building.

   I think the actual truth about the mouse and the pen-hole is that a hole the size of a ballpoint pen can let a mouse in (by its gnawing the hole to a more reasonable size), but it still wouldn’t need to be much larger.

   Extenuating circumstances: Right to self defense and defense of others.

   Also, the police are supposed to arrest anyone who commits a serious crime, such as carrying a concealed weapon or discharging a weapon in public (where such act are indeed crimes). I highly doubt the DA would have pressed charges.

   Well, for that to really work, the military would have to recognize his authority over them. One of the last acts the military did while they were still officially in control was strip the presidency of power over them.
