    It will turn out to be some incredibly rare mutated plant, and Alice will have picked the only known sample of it. Of course, it will die because it can only possibly grow in a yard which is known not to be able to sustain life . . .

    Fluoridation — one of the best ways to help strengthen tooth enamel and prevent dental caries. Less need for it now tht most toothpaste formulations include fluoride, but still usefull in many areas of the US.

    Sorry, but unless they’re wrapped around chocolate and marshmallow, Graham Crackers are the pits. Dry, nasty, gaggy — blech! But that’s just me — your results may vary.

    This is EXACTLY how my daughter talked for years! Every sentence ended with an uprising vocal inflection, sounding like a question. And, oh my, how that girl could talk . . .

    I made a killing jar for them — a baby food jar with some rubbing alcohol in it. when I find one in the house, it goes in the killing jar. Dead within a minute. that way they don’t breed and release more of their ilk to destroy local fruit crops.

    The US had a pretty nasty infestation in 2010 — the damned things were EVERYWHERE. Not so bad in 2011, but with the mild winter, we’re expecting a resurgence in 2012.
