   If you raise corporate taxes the tax then gets passed onto the consumer in the form of higher prices for goods.

   I have one question for all you liberals. If the politicians believe that all rich people should pay more taxes. why don’t all the rich liberals just pay the extra tax now? There is a way for people to pay more taxes if they wish to. Why doesn’t John Kerry and President Obama and Oprah and Bill gates pay extra taxes right now? Because they don’t want to give anymore than they have to. And by the way, income is not the same as assets. Read about the retiree that continued to recieve welfare even after he won $2mil in the lottery because it is considered and asset and not income.

   rush09, if you ever really watched FOX instead of getting your views of them second hand, you would know that there is not a single REPORTER at FOX that has pushed the birther issue other than reporting what you hear in the news from other stations. Now when I watch MSNBC, that is all they talk about.

   And by the way, it’s so easy to claim that anyone is a racist when you don’t have proof of such. You then force the other person to defend themselves against that charge. It seems that anyone who disagrees with Obama is now a racist. Let’s talk policy and quit all the senseless name calling.
