   Can I say, again without being the “B” word, that when my daughter was kindergarten, I helped in the class. I never saw the teacher do anything…she had all these helpers and aides…I often wondered what she did to earn a paycheck.

   I don’t want to be the “B” word, but does anyone else wonder about how Elly treats her family? I loved having kids around, at one point I had 15 in the house (I only have one child). They all had someone to play with and I got so much housework done and time to make 2 types of cookies (knowing that one little girl didn’t like chocolate). I guess if it ticks me off that much I should stop reading the comics. I get tired of hearing how much it’s all about her.

   Is it just me, or does it seem that Elly doesn’t like being a mom and a wife. There’s something about her attitude in these comics that make it seem like she’s not happy with her life.
