    back to the topic of the cartoon: many of the same republican governors screaming about vaccine mandates have imposed them for their own residents. Mississippi has the highest childhood vaccination rate IN THE COUNTRY. They have NO religious exemption. So why are these states complaining? Because they erred in their approach to covid and don’t want a democrat to fix it?
