    Yeah, that’s an old investigative technique Werner. Useful for obtaining information off blotters and hotel registration books.This one got me I was all wrong also. I thought that the waiter would not have to reach into his jacket to retrieve the bill. But then again I was thinking Lethal Weapon 3 with Pesci after the second panel. I’m not what one might call a frequenter of high society.

    I agree. I just started this comic, and, 5 mos. later the answers are still upside down. that’s unfortunate. I’m wondering if Herr Werner addresses that in the comments.

    I don’t usually critique word usage in comic strips, but in this case i believe it would have been better had Mr. Watterson used awry in place of wrong.
